The rooms are very clean, the beds comfortable, and the bathroom is spotless and modern. Even though the street runs right by the property, you hear no noise in the rooms. All rooms have air‑conditioning. The owner, Sabrina, is courteous and very helpful. The pool is perfect. Every room comes with a coffee machine and a small kettle. It’s great that there’s a lounge where kids can play when it’s too cold or hot outside, and a stocked beverage fridge where you can buy drinks. The communal kitchen is a bit small, but everything you need is there.

At first glance, the room looked modern and appealing, especially the bed, which was clean and really comfortable. Sabrina and her partner were friendly and attentive. Overall, the property has potential; with some upgrades in equipment, cleanliness, and design, it could become a truly nice place. Our biggest issue was the communal kitchen. Since the rooms don’t have private kitchens and breakfast isn’t offered, you’re left to self‑cook. It felt makeshift, uninviting, and somewhat unhygienic. There was no oven, toaster, or coffee machine—just a portable stove. Dishes, glasses, cups, and cutlery were all mixed together, and some cutlery was plastic. A microwave was present. The tiny, outdated communal fridge looked unhygienic, its small freezer was heavily iced, and it seemed too small for six rooms. In the room there was also a mini‑fridge with a glass door, whose cooling performance we found weak. We had to clean the microwave inside and out. Because of a short cable, it wasn’t usable in its shelf spot and would have needed to be moved to connect. Unfortunately, we also had to clean mirrors, fixtures, and storage areas ourselves. The hair dryer made a loud, rattling noise and was unusable for us. A proper wardrobe was missing. The traffic on the road right in front of the building was especially annoying. The constant traffic noise made a relaxing vacation almost impossible. We weren’t made fully aware of how close the road was before booking. In the end, all these points summed up: we just didn’t feel comfortable and left after the first night. Our first day was mostly spent cleaning, shopping, and organizing, and the second day was taken up by a last‑minute search for a dog‑friendly replacement accommodation, packing, and moving. We effectively lost two valuable vacation days.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt und haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Unterkunft ist modern, liebevoll eingerichtet und außergewöhnlich sauber. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und man merkt, dass viel Wert auf Details gelegt wird. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Sabrina und Thomas: Beide sind unglaublich herzlich, aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Man fühlt sich bei ihnen nicht wie ein Gast, sondern fast wie ein Teil der Familie. Wir haben uns rundum willkommen und wohlgefühlt. Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero meraviglioso e ci siamo sentiti a casa fin dal primo momento. La struttura è moderna, arredata con grande cura e soprattutto impeccabilmente pulita. Tutto è molto curato e si percepisce l’attenzione per ogni dettaglio. Ma ciò che rende questo posto davvero speciale sono Sabrina e Thomas: sono persone semplicemente fantastiche, calorose, disponibili e ospitali. Con loro non ci si sente come semplici ospiti, ma quasi come parte della famiglia. Ci siamo sentiti davvero accolti e coccolati. È stato un soggiorno bellissimo e indimenticabile. We had an absolutely wonderful stay and felt at home from the very first moment. The accommodation is modern, beautifully furnished and exceptionally clean. Everything is very well maintained, and you can really feel the care and attention to detail. But what makes this place truly special are Sabrina and Thomas. They are incredibly warm, kind and welcoming. You don’t feel like a guest at all – you feel like part of the family. We felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout our entire stay. It was a truly wonderful and unforgettable experience. ❤️❤️❤️. Ehrlich gesagt gibt es für uns nichts zu bemängeln. Wir waren mit allem rundum zufrieden. Sinceramente, non abbiamo nulla da segnalare.
