How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The location and evening service in the restaurant were good; anyone could answer questions immediately and politely. The walls let in a lot of noise—neighbors’ teeth brushing was audible, the floor creaked, and the bed in room 4 creaked. Breakfast was limited; coffee came from a tiny pot and was served cold, and the lady at breakfast was not welcoming or friendly, constantly on her phone.

After calling ahead and getting a promise, we still couldn't move breakfast for 9 people 30 minutes earlier; that felt like a small concession, so we went somewhere else for breakfast.

The restaurant and rooms were well-equipped, but the staff felt impersonal, breakfast was poor, cheese wasn’t restocked, butter was missing the next day, and there was no toilet paper on the 3.10 holiday—an absolute disaster. I already sent a complaint and haven’t heard back.

The room was lovely and spotless, but being on the 2nd floor made it a bit of a workout for bike‑carrying guests, and the floor wasn’t indicated beforehand.
