“A nice place to stay!”
The spot is super handy, just a stroll from the Hsinchu TRA/Local Train Station, bus stop 15 heading to Nanliao Port Harbor, the Temple of God market, Dongmen market, and historic Qing‑Dynasty and Japanese Colonial sites. The Inn itself is spotless, contemporary, and artistically decorated. My room was roomy, bright, comfy, and quiet enough for sleep. The staff were polite and friendly. Breakfast was a local Hsinchu spread—vermicelli noodles, hot sauce with seeds on the side, pork balls, glutinous pork ball, and tasty bread with peanut butter, all arranged in advance with the guest. Coffee and tea were always available in the shared kitchen. The only downside was the strict 3:00 pm check‑in rule; guests arriving earlier were barred from the downstairs entrance, leaving a cold first impression, though the staff were welcoming once officially checked in. Early arrivals had a staff member collect their luggage from outside and store it until 3:00 pm.
