The highlight was the host’s friendliness; he served a nice breakfast each morning and was extremely helpful with everything. The balcony was enjoyable and the pool was clean. The only drawback was the bathroom’s condition—it wasn’t dirty, but it could use a bit of renovation, though I understand that’s part of the traditional riad experience.

The hotel was very cute, we even got a better room, the quirky old‑style bathroom was charming, the AC worked, and the maintenance was good. Finding it is an adventure in itself, living in an ancient city surrounded by trash and ruins, but inside it’s quiet and the mini‑pool with cold water is perfect for 40‑degree heat, plus the cute tables and the very kind host. The bathroom looks scary in the photo, but otherwise it’s fine.
