The worst experience I’ve had at a Hilton; the dining chairs look dirty or torn, cabinets need painting, and the overall property falls below Hilton standards. The staff were great, but the place really isn’t worth the price.

The location was great—just 10 minutes from my grandson’s house—but the first room was poorly maintained: the floor was not vacuumed, the lamp shade had a hole, and the bathroom shower had hair and mold. We were moved to another unit, which was better but still had a little mold in the shower. No one ever came to replace our towels or collect the trash, so we had to retrieve towels from the front desk. I told a young lady on the floor that we needed a light bulb; she asked for the room number but we never received it.
