Breakfast was good and the location convenient, but they wouldn’t give direct transport to the car‑rental facility.

The location was fine, but the food was horrible and slow; the steak sub roll was burnt. I overheard kitchen staff complaining about a broken dishwasher—gross. The early‑morning experience was awful, and the front desk employee and shuttle driver were rude and miserable.
