The bed was comfortable, the hotel was a short walk from the old town, overall clean, and the shower over the bath was powerful. However, the bath and the tiles seemed freshly painted white during a refurbishment, there was no shade by the tiny pool which limited its use, breakfast was disappointing with little hot food and limited choices, the hotel sits atop a steep hill, and our room was near the reception and bar area so there was nighttime noise; the design of the hotel felt odd.
