“Horrible stay.. Not recommended at all.”
The only thing that hot water was available. It was horrible stay. 1-I booked ac room but they provided me non ac room for the same cost saying that ac room are not available and as your room is booked so u have to pay the same amount for non ac room no reduction.No use of any prior booking. 2-very dirty unhygienic bedsheets and comforter. On asking to change it staff told when laundry person will come then they will change. 3- unclean bathroom with broken tap without Toilateries 4- no amenities even intercom was not available to request something. Every time we have to go to the reception for any requirement. 5-hotel is on 2 nd floor and no lift is available 6- no generator back up available
