I was very satisfied with this hotel; we’ve visited many all‑inclusive places, and everything from food to service was excellent. The rooms were clean, and a huge team cleans the entire property every morning, even washing the walls! Noise in the rooms was unheard of, and the beach was nice and clean with a sandpit. We recommend it 100%. We could use more tennis balls, and on the beach we would like water to be brought from the hotel.

Ideal for families with large facilities; our room was partially renovated but still big and comfortable. The food was good, and the staff were outstanding—thanks to Emmanuel for his constant positive attitude, to Niki for the fantastic cocktails, and to Bappy for handling a minor injury at the central pool, plus everyone else on the staff. I highly recommend it.

The food is amazing, better than the restaurants around, and the stay was very pleasant; the pools are top notch. Family rooms aren’t very large and the showers are small.

The staff were kind and responsive. The entertainment is good, keeping us and the kids busy all the time. The room was a bit hot and the air‑conditioning wasn’t powerful enough. There was plenty of food, but it wasn’t always tasty.
