“値段相応”
The staff are kind, but the shower doesn’t work well and the hot water is hard to get.
“Tốn tiền nhưng dịch vụ quá tệ”
I booked a double‑bed room only to find one of the beds was actually a sofa that had been turned into a bed, which was painful to sleep on, and there was no parking available for a car.
“kỳ nghỉ tuyệt vời”
The place is fantastic. Nothing to complain about.
“מאוד לא נחמד”
The breakfast didn't suit me because there's no variety—only meat and eggs, no cheeses—but the staff in the dining room were very friendly. I wish they would offer dairy and cheese options for guests who don't eat meat in the morning; the front‑desk clerk was short‑sighted and unpleasant, and they don't speak English.
“סה"כ סביל”
The only thing I liked was the hotel’s location. Initially I was given a room with a terrible mold smell, then they moved me to another room and told me it wasn’t the right one, so I had to switch again. The mattress was too soft for me—I only sleep on a firm mattress—and I asked if they could change it, but that didn’t happen. Another issue is that there are 11 floors but only one elevator, so you have to wait, and the front‑desk staff were dismissive; it wasn’t the receptionist who greeted me, but someone else who seemed annoyed.
