Some rooms feature terraces overlooking historic streets. The Uffizi Gallery is 1.5 km away, while Arezzo and Bologna are reachable by car in under an hour.

How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The room had a window with a beautiful view, it was very comfortable and clean. We made a mistake and borrowed a parasol that we lost, so we contacted Clarissa and she apologized at no cost, a real gem. There is still a debt for another issue and my Mexican bank couldn’t make the transfer. When I get back to Mexico I’ll ask for advice, but she has been very patient and didn’t get upset. Thank you for making our stay a pleasure. We just missed more Florence. 🥰

Ideal location, five minutes on foot from the main train station and in the historic centre (under ten minutes walking). Breakfast was abundant and well organised. Rooms were comfortable with a nice bed. Everything was clean. The terrace next to the kitchen had a mini‑bar at a very good price.

The host and her friend were very helpful, spoke excellent English and German. Breakfast was generous, tasty, and they even offered to give us something to take on the next trip. The terrace had a lovely view over Florence, truly fantastic. The room and lounge were very clean. It’s highly recommended for a city tour because of the great location. We had a good night and would definitely book again. The lift to this apartment is very old but worked fine as long as all doors were closed (which once wasn’t the case and we had to walk to the fourth floor after the city tour). That’s not the host’s fault, everything was well described.
