The location was fine, yet housekeeping never cleaned my room from Tuesday to Saturday, there was no soap bar, and the toilet paper quality was awful.

They offered a shuttle to Ravina, which was great, but a fire alarm rang at 6 am—though that wasn’t their fault.

The spot was spot-on for the Ravinia concert, and the whole place had just been freshly renovated. The beds, though, weren’t the best choice, and the staff was a bit thin, but the folks who handled us were quick and helpful.

The front‑desk girls were hard to understand because of their heavy accent and fast speech; they told us our shuttle to the concert wasn’t included, even though the driver later used it for a couple of trips, making the staff seem unfriendly; then at 5:20 am the fire alarm went off, woke us up, and we had to wait in the lobby until 7 am with no one to explain, direct us, or apologize.
