“Urbanview no longer exist. The existing property is currently running as Nick’s homestay”

I booked a stay at Urbanview, only to find out it had been renamed Nick’s homestay when I arrived. The property never updated its status, so I had to cancel and have yet to get a refund. It’s a real let‑down.
