This is my 2nd time back at FL after 5 years and nothing has changed. Every member of the staff is kind and customer centered. The property and amenities are in great condition after all this years (which is unusual for most Ghanaian owned businesses). Excellent service from all the staff, still delicious fresh meals from the kitchen and great location for anu kind of commute in the city. I was disappointed that the pool was out of use during my stay

We had no water in our room during the stay, the exchange rate applied at payment was higher than the official rate, and the TV could not be operated without training.
