It was an excellent location right on the spit. We had a room overlooking the ocean, which was beautiful. We used the hot tub/pool every day, which was easy to arrange. The staff were very helpful and friendly. We were able to walk to everything we needed. Everything met or exceeded expectations

The location was fantastic, with a large, comfortable room that had a small terrace overlooking the sea. Everything needed was available, and the hotel sits on the tip of Hormers spit, offering amazing natural scenery. The breakfast, however, was a total disappointment – $25 per person plus tax and tip for a very limited selection, and there was no housekeeping available.

LOVED the view from my room and deck!! Hated to leave it to go sightseeing. IDEAL LOCATION with panorama view of Cook Inlet and mountains with snow and glaciers!! Easy parking and convenient location. Victoria at front desk was VERY HELPFUL, friendly, and welcoming! Other staff were also friendly. Room was compact but I still had plenty of room for my stuff. The room was very clean and towels were replaced every day. No breakfast included. Room refrigerator had ONLY A VERY TINY FREEZER. Could not use it for my travel cooler ice sheets
