The location is good. The maintenance needs improvement.
“Value for money”
The staff were excellent and the value for money was good. The shower in the pool area doesn’t mix hot and cold properly. The location is a bit far from Kuta beach.
The hotel sits close to the sea, which is the only real plus; the rooms are passable but the windows won’t open and there’s a water dispenser in the hallway. I didn’t use the pool. The rooms themselves are decent, yet the doors and bathroom look very worn, the shower is a cheap plastic insert like you’d find in budget lodgings, and the hallway isn’t very clean. It feels more like a place for locals, especially since breakfast offered only vegetables, rice and a few fruits—very healthy—but that’s all. It was acceptable for a two‑night stay.

The only thing that worked for us was the location. The rooms were infested with insects and filthy. We were a family with a child, and everyone was itching and had bites.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The staff were responsive, especially front‑desk Putri and the housekeeping team, and the engineering staff were absolutely fantastic. Everything was perfect.
