The hotel sits in a nice spot, the staff are friendly, and the pool is a highlight. The breakfast selection of cheeses and sausages was limited. We were told not to drink the tap water but could use it for brushing teeth; that warning was posted at the apartment door instead of in the bathroom, which confused us because the only thing listed was “not for drinking.” We expected free water bottles under those circumstances, yet they were sold at a surcharge—cheap, but not free, which felt odd. The rooms lack air‑conditioning, making the whole property very warm and uncomfortable at night; with small children, sleeping with windows open is undesirable.
The terrace breakfast was tasty, and we enjoyed the indoor pool and lawn. The old‑building rooms need renovation, and the staff were sparsely staffed.
