“Had an exceptional family stay at Vila 335. The staff are incredibly helpful. Highly recommended!”
The service was exceptional. There were no problems at all.
The rooms were super spacious and well equipped. I found it bad that there was no 24‑hour staff, or at least until nightfall. Employees only stayed until 5 pm and didn’t return until the next day. At the pool they left some drinks in a fridge for consumption, but there was no minibar service, snacks, or anything in case you got hungry. Moreover, room service was slow. Breakfast was served daily in the room for each guest, but they took a long time to clean up and the table stayed with leftover food for a long time.
New building tucked into the woods, and the breakfast was top notch. The place was spotless, and the best part? A bunch of adorable monkeys popped up at the breakfast table, and we even caught sight of an opossum wandering around. Overall, a pretty solid stay.
“Maravilhoso”
My partner and I liked everything! The room was very comfortable, clean, and all the staff were very polite, attentive, and helpful. The stay was excellent! Nothing to complain about.
