Everything was fine: cleanliness and the room were great. Everything was fine.
The room was spacious, welcoming, and spotless. The staff were very friendly, making you feel at home.
“Buono”
The staff are friendly, making you feel at home, but the rooms are too basic.
The hosts’ welcome and farewell were very positive; they know how to give guests the right attention, friendly and with practical tips on moving around Bologna. We were there for the Metallica concert and they kindly suggested the closest parking to the stadium and the closed streets.
The manager of the property is extremely kind and helpful.
