I got room in the 7th floor and the view was nice. They don't allow you to check in before 3 pm. Though the room was available. The room is small for 2 persons. You will not be able to open your suitcase

The spot is superb—just a walk to Tugu, Pasar Kranggan, and the culinary center. The bed and pillows are comfortable, though the sheet could use a refresh and the bathroom could be cleaner.

The place is good, but when I had a problem with room 606 on 11/7/25 the service was lacking.

Location is number one, since its in the middle area (walking distance only to reach Tugu Yogyakarta). Second, the price, its such a good deal to get decent room (we always consider about the room size whenever book a hotel) with breakfast, android tv, and self controlled AC (so, we easyly control the room temp). Third, the staff are so friendly and help us whenever we need. - They only gave us one each pillow so, you only get 2 pillow for 1 room - The shower head cleanliness need to be improved (so, the water can go through properly) - The staff who checked in us gave 1 wrong room access (we book 2 room). Because the 2nd room is for our other family member who will arrived late night the room was empty at noon we checked. When we checked to that room again around night time we found out another guest was there. We confirmed to front desk lady who has night shift and she apologized on behalf her other team who gave the wrong room and gave us the right one
