The only good thing was the location, convenient for public transport. The cleanliness was terrible, never seen a B&B so dirty! The bed was infested with bedbugs and I couldn't sleep all night. Horrible.

1. Booking said I could drop off my luggage before check‑in, but that wasn’t possible; I was scrambling with a huge suitcase on the metro while your staff were confused. 2. No one reached out until almost 11 a.m. on check‑in day, giving me zero info about check‑in or luggage storage. 3. I didn’t receive a voucher for a second breakfast—only one—despite staying two nights. 4. Finally, you failed to offer luggage storage after check‑out as promised. Worst service.

The room cleaner was super nice.

Value for money, a little balcony, comfy bed, courteous staff and good communication, air‑conditioning, a spot right by the tram stop, and a nice pastry shop for breakfast. I suggest moving the bell outside the entrance so it’s easier to wake someone up when looking for keys, and relocating the fridge into a cupboard to reduce its noise at night; it’s best for early risers who fall asleep easily.
