The restaurant’s food quality was decent, yet the check‑in process, room assignment, untidiness, non‑working TV, staff ignoring calls during a problem, and absence of a dustbin in the room were all major issues.

Nothing I like in this hotel because the hotel does not exist and it's a fake. I didn't find this hotel at any location in Dhanbad. I suggest everyone not to book this hotel. This fake hostel harshed me and my whole family. Nothing I like in this hotel because the hotel does not exist and it's a fake. I didn't find this hotel at any location in Dhanbad, it's not me even the local citizens of Dhanbad city also don't know this hotel. I suggest everyone not to book this hotel. This fake hostel harshed me and my whole family. The phone number provided on the website is totally fake. I request others and this app owner to check the reality of this hotel otherwise your app business will be closed soon for the type of hotel and this app will make a very very very very bad face loss
