“A perfect base for our two nights away”
We spent two nights here while attending a wedding, and it worked out perfectly. The caravan was spotlessly clean and had every basic we needed. There were two toilets, one of which was en‑suite, which was a real convenience. The living area was surprisingly roomy, open‑plan to the kitchen and dining space like most caravans, yet it never felt cramped. We didn’t wander far into the surrounding area, but we did take our dogs—one of them an assistance dog—and an elderly disabled guest—out on the nearby grassy spots right outside the caravan on leads. The site is so expansive that you could walk for miles without leaving it, and there’s a lot of wildlife: we spotted a hedgehog, several squirrels, geese, and a whole flock of ducks that gathered outside our front door one morning. The caravan isn’t wheelchair‑accessible, but the layout inside worked well for someone with low mobility. All in all, a lovely couple of nights, thanks.
