The location and the pool were good, but the hygiene upon arrival was lacking; there were still hairs in the shower. What they apparently consider “cleaning” seems mainly to involve replacing trash bags. A basic cleaning might suffice during a stay, but between two different guests you would expect a minimal standard of cleaning to be met. It was clearly evident that the place was not thoroughly cleaned between stays, though this was not the fault of the cleaning staff themselves. I saw how the person in charge trained and supervised them. The toilet bowl was broken, constantly shifting and very irritating; the shower column was completely loose from the wall; the lift was broken several times during our 9‑day stay. When we left, we had to carry heavy luggage from the 3rd floor down with an 11‑year‑old child and a woman alone. The person in charge, who never greeted us even once in 9 days, let us see this happen but offered no apology or help. Only a boy happened to help us. This shows a lack of respect, customer friendliness and responsibility towards guests.

The staff were top friendly, truly, and I will definitely come back. The room was as clean as I wanted and everything was to my liking. The breakfast was tasty, and the snacks were also good. I left very happy and you can be sure I will return.
