) نظافة الجناح 2)وشراحة الصالة 3) تجاوب خدمة الغرفة السريع. ) حجزنا اطلاله واعطونا اطلاله بعيده لم تكن مثل الحجز ) موظف الاستقبال لم يكن حسن التعامل . وصلنا ورفض دخولنا علما رقم الحجز معنا وبطاقة االعائلة معنا ايضا الا انه رفض في البداية استلام الجناح الى يصل يحيى حيث ذهب لإيقاف السيارة . وجلس يستشير زملاه وجزاه الله خير احد الموظفين قال اعطهم المفتاح ليس من الضروري حضور ولي الأمر. 3) مساحة الغرفة الرئيسية جدا صغيره 4) الثلاجة لايوجد بها فريزر وصغيرة جدا
