I loved the balcony with a view of the pool and the bistro that had decent but pricey food, so I didn’t have to leave after a long drive; the highlight was our server Izzy, who was outstanding and went above and beyond to make our stay great. However, there was an orange sticky stain on the bedspread and the dead‑bolt lock didn’t work.

The staff were really lovely, very accommodating and exceptionally polite—especially the housekeeping and maintenance people I met in the corridors—so welcoming! There was nothing that I didn’t like.
