“We can for wedding overall excellent service ambiance very good staff great , banquet service good”
Breakfast was an excellent choice, though I would suggest adding an on‑site cooking facility for eggs. The room‑cleaning service was slow.

The shower and the size of the bathroom was the only saving grace. 1) Front desk staff were rude and not helpful at all. They were poker faced and didn’t give a damn to be honest. They gave only one room key despite requesting them to give another one which is a norm in other hotels, which caused a lot of inconvenience. They brushed it away as their policy. 2) Room housekeeping was dodgy as they had a policy, that someone has to be in the room for them to clean the room in our absence! This was first on me. We were totally unaware of. Carpets and sofas were very dirty. Not clean at all. 3) At the time of checkout we were delayed as they needed to inspect the room before checking us out! This was also first for me! 4) It was not a 4 star hotel as advertised. At best I would give a 3 star, that too is me being generous. 5) All in all a poor experience & will never stay here again

I had a lovely stay at this hotel, thanks to the pleasant and accommodating staff and the wide variety of food options at breakfast. However, I was a bit disappointed when I realized that fresh towels weren't left in my room after it was made up. It's a small detail, but it's something that the staff should double-check on a daily basis to ensure that guests have a seamless experience.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms at this hotel. However, my stay was slightly marred by the fact that the gym and spa were under renovation. Despite this, I still had a great time and appreciated the hotel's efforts to maintain a high level of cleanliness and comfort.
