Everything was good. Second time checking in here. The preferred room stay. Near to UITM. Clean and comfortable. Also easy to find foods.
Not convinced with the price. Not suggesting at all.
Getting in was a breeze, the room was spotless.

The location was fine, the surroundings were quiet, parking worked, and the management was good. Checking in was easy because they sent a complete guide via WhatsApp. The room was okay, water pressure was fine, and the air‑conditioner worked. However, below the building there are food stalls but no one runs them, no nearby grocery stores, and there is no electric kettle in the room—only a shared one on the ground floor, which was hard for me to reach because of knee pain and having to climb stairs for hot water.
