How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
Breakfast was okay, but we had to look for something good among the options; the coffee was awful. The room was in the new, recently renovated part of the hotel, barely finished and uncomfortable, with only 2 towels per person and no tea or coffee in the room; it was noisy, even though we were promised it would be quiet.

The hotel met expectations, was elegant and very well located; Mrs. Mariana at reception was particularly kind and attentive, Mrs. Maria in housekeeping got a 10; thanks also to the bartender at the pool. The restaurant at Glaros where we ate was extremely crowded (!!! no way it could serve a 4‑star meal!!!), especially since we chose Royal Beach just to have breakfast and dinner on the hotel terrace.
