The room was clean and the staff were professional, but paying $169 plus tax is a bit steep, though it is Miami; the cleaning staff ignored the do not disturb sign on my door, knocked, said, "Housekeeping," and entered my room, which is not professional and invades privacy; on my last morning, due to heavy rain, I had to (everyone else, too) walk through literally ankle‑deep water to get into my car, luckily I was wearing hiking boots; the balconies look out onto buildings, and one side of the building has a balcony over an alley.
