How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
We had a fantastic stay at the YWCA International Centre. The staff were welcoming and helpful, especially those in the dining area, who were warm and attentive whenever we ate and made us feel truly welcome.

The meals were simple but delicious. All the staff were kind.

The room was clean, the staff were polite, and the food selection was varied. The in‑room phone wasn’t working properly, and the dinner schedule lacked flexibility.

The location is amazing—just a 10‑minute walk to the Gateway of India—and the street is relatively quiet. It offers the best price‑quality ratio we’ve found in Mumbai. The breakfast buffet is simple but includes both Indian and Western options, and dinner is also a buffet that changes daily. The cafeteria staff are super nice. Even though you have to log into the Wi‑Fi each day at reception, the connection was excellent. The only downside was that the shower pressure in our room was very low, perhaps because we were on the top floor.

The location and staff behaviour were good. More focus on cleanliness and an improved breakfast would be beneficial.
