Tween Waters Island Resort & Spa

At 68 and 82 we hit the pool and liked the service at the serenity pool; we stayed in a Bayside room because we had a pet, and enjoyed coffee and cocktails on the balcony while watching the storms roll in. My husband didn’t enjoy his meal at the Captiva house – it was too fancy for him and he had the duck – there were other options on premise and the Yard House would have been better for him.

“Was a lovely location - restful break but weather was cool so could not take advantage of ameniti”

The location, pool area and hot tub were nice and the food was good, but the room wasn’t ready – no chair, no microwave or utensils for the advertised kitchenette, the bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were trash‑worthy; it felt like they were still rehabbing but still booking rooms, and work started at 7am during the week.

“Great beach location with ideal sunsets!”

The location was excellent and the amenities were very nice; the Serenity pool was good, room service was great and the restaurants were excellent. The room was dated, they stored umbrella rentals and chairs under our unit so sleeping late could be a challenge, the beds need replacing and they squeaked a lot.

“top Lage aber auch einige Schwachstellen”

The location was top, the staff were nice and considerate, the restaurants were very good (3), we saw sunrise from one side of the hotel and sunset from the other. The hotel needs renovation; the bathtub shower is outdated, a tired trickle came from the fully turned‑up faucet, and during our three days the pool was extremely loud because of construction in the resort – a compressor ran all day. Hotels charging over $400 should not do that in high season.
