The flexible payment system, good location, nice building, kitchen facilities, refrigerator, and free drinking water from the filtered tap are all positives. There was a bit of a hygiene problem: the room smelled. Sometimes there was a lack of supplies such as toilet paper and soap. Coordination was weak and problem‑solving was an issue; the mix of family and business setup was a bit off.

I stayed on the 11th floor in a quiet spot with a river view, and the free kitchen and washing machine were a real bonus. Warm water and shampoo were provided, which was handy. The place could use a serious clean‑up and better organization, especially the clutter that needs to be sorted out. The room was clean overall, but it varied depending on the roommate. Throwing away old stuff would create more space and clarity, and then everything would look better. My mattress was already worn out, and the lockers definitely need decluttering.
