The location was beautiful. Nothing to complain about.
“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the Hunter at the Mercure!!”
Convenient, easy access, very pleasant staff, property very clean. Pretty area and convenient near the gardens
Everything
The accommodation was spacious and conveniently next to the Hunter Valley Gardens. However, the wash basin outlet was blocked and the cold water tap only gave a slow trickle. The wash basin had a bad smell (the shower pressure and drainage were normal). The TV didn't work – no signal.
