The overnight staff, two older black ladies, were excellent. The elevator failed on the second night, forcing my elderly mother to walk up five flights of stairs. When we reached the room, the toilet was leaking from the bottom and the AC was making a horrible grinding noise. We told the staff, and at checkout he said he’d discount the room and email me a new receipt, but I never received any receipt at all—not even the first one.

Their system was down when I arrived and stayed down for over an hour. After I called for a refund, they offered a room, but it still had no key, so I couldn’t leave. The elevator was still out of service. I didn’t stay and drove home, and they wouldn’t refund me. The hotel seemed only concerned with the money and ignored the customer.

It was close and very convenient; the staff were friendly, the place smelled clean, and even our room was beautiful and comfortable. I’ll be returning.

The location was great and close to many attractions. The only issue was that the internet in our room kept disconnecting, causing the TV to stop working. It happened roughly every ten minutes and lasted a couple of minutes; it didn’t bother me much but did bother my kids.
