How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The breakfasts were among the best at a hotel, and the location was perfect; the staff service was the best. I can’t find a single complaint about the place for what you pay—there’s nothing better.

The place was spotless, but the room felt a bit cramped.

The hotel had just been renovated, the spot was great, the bed was comfy, and the bathroom had all the basics. The room offered little privacy and was too small, and the worst part was the noise—at night and early in the morning I could hear everything the guests upstairs, on the sides, and even people passing outside. Privacy was a real issue.

Everything was perfect, except for the bantams in the room.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's beautiful decor, which I, as an architect, appreciated for its attention to detail. The bed, linens, and bathroom were all of exceptional quality, making my stay a true delight. However, I did encounter a couple of minor issues - my room lacked a hair dryer, and it took a while to get assistance from the staff. On the other hand, the daytime staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, but the nighttime staff seemed a bit disorganized.
