The whole experience was a disaster from the start. We waited outside for ages, and when we asked the guard if we could enter, he told us they didn't even have a lobby. It was only by chance that we met one of the condo owners, who listened to our concerns and offered to accommodate us. However, we had to pay an additional 6,000 plus for the privilege, which was a huge waste of money. The whole ordeal was traumatic, and it's clear that the company has a problem with scammers.
