The hotel was clean and the staff were welcoming. I enjoyed the lobby’s atmosphere and the room was lovely, especially the balcony views at night. I didn’t appreciate the train next to the hotel because its horn could be heard all day, and the bathroom sink in our room kept backing up, but overall it was a wonderful space.

The staff were friendly and the property looked good. However, the downtown location had many homeless people, which made walking my dog at night feel unsafe.

The pool was nice and clean. At the location, there were many homeless people screaming in the middle of the night, people just hanging out smoking, and it was loud outside the hotel, so I didn’t feel safe for my family. Some of the bar staff weren’t friendly; I felt a little bit of racism towards us even though we tipped pretty well. As business owners we know how important customer service is, but I just didn’t feel welcome there anymore. This was our third time saying that, but this time wasn’t what I expected.
