There is no breakfast offered at this property. The washbasin sink drain needs cleaning and was very slow, and the hot water took a long time to start. Hot water needs to be faster, and the sink drain needs cleaning.

The shower is hot, the beds are nice, the manager is helpful, and the location is amazing—just a short walk to the beach and various restaurants, with plenty of parking if you want to go further. This was the only place available on short notice during the Labor Day weekend, and it checked all the basic boxes. It has air conditioning, a mini fridge, TV, WiFi, basic coffee, and an ice machine. There is little noise insulation between adjacent rooms, especially on the ground floor, and some guests were quite noisy in the morning. Everything looked mostly clean, but the floors left dirt on my feet. The hand soap had a waxy feel that I didn't like, so I would definitely recommend bringing your own shampoo and conditioner.

The location was great and the front desk was friendly. However, the walls were thin and we heard EVERYTHING. We only used the room for showers and sleep, but sleeping was minimal due to noise. The room was decently clean but could definitely use some extra attention.

Check‑in was easy and convenient. The bathroom had mold around the window and no ventilation. The AC unit was dirty, and the pillows weren’t that great.
