The authentic farmhouse was run by a friendly and helpful family, a place where you can spend days suspended in time. The apartment was definitely nicer and cozier in person than in the photos. It would have been convenient to have soap and a dish sponge.

The setting was beautiful and clean, the owners of the apartments were very kind, accommodating, and friendly, and the apartments were furnished in a rustic, minimalist style that was distinctive. The apartment I stayed in did not have a bidet.

The setting offered stunning views and perfect weather, it was fun being around the animals, the beds were comfortable and the house was fresh and tidy, with plenty of peace and a well‑kept lawn suitable for kids. If I must point out an imperfection, there was no dish rack and no fly‑control devices—though with cows around, that’s understandable.
