“Perfetto per un soggiorno tra cantine e lago”

The cleanliness is incredible; I’ve rarely seen places so well kept. Breakfast is excellent, both sweet and savory. The two rooms are very large, so there’s no space issue even for long stays. The location is perfect, right in the heart of Franciacorta and 15 minutes from the lake, yet in a quiet area with no traffic. Mrs. Rosalba is the cherry on top—fantastic, always available and very accommodating. Highly recommended! The only small issue is that the power outlets would be more convenient if they were closer to the bedside tables, nothing else.

“Meraviglioso”

We loved everything—there was nothing we didn’t like. The lady was super kind and helpful throughout. The property is very beautiful and welcoming, and the cleanliness deserves compliments! If we ever find ourselves back in the area, we’ll definitely return. Nothing to note.

The cleanliness of the property, the spacious room, the large bed, and the owners’ service and friendliness—always ready to help with any need. I suggest it would be very convenient to have a small desk in the room for working on a computer or writing. Ad maiora.

The host was very friendly and helpful. The place was lovingly decorated, and the breakfast was well prepared. The food selection was super tasty, and the host even cooked eggs for us.
