The location is great, and the girl was very helpful and friendly, but the hot water was not good.

The staff were helpful, but the room wasn’t cleaned properly: the bin was full of garbage from previous guests, including food waste, the washroom was dirty, the toilet was filthy, and the wall facing the washroom had a tiny creepy hole; we’re not sure how many holes there were elsewhere, so be careful if you stay in room 2.

“The staff were extremely rude. During our stay, breakfast was included in our package, which we confirmed with the staff”

Nothing good, but the staff were extremely rude. We had confirmed breakfast was included in our package the night before and the staff assured us it was covered, yet the next morning after we ate, they asked us to pay the bill.
