The location was good. The toilet would not stop running, and the bed was super hard and uncomfortable.

The room was very clean. The bed was hard as a rock and felt like we were sleeping on the floor

The staff were friendly and willing to help with any issues. The pillow cases needed to be changed

The location was fine. The bed was terrible; I would have slept better on the floor.

The gentleman at the desk was very nice. He seemed very accommodating. The room was clean. A/C worked great. We used the sitting area on the 2nd floor when our relatives visited. Sink faucet water pressure very low. The TV in room 19 did not work properly. We turned it on. After about 5 minutes or so, the screen froze and then the screen went dark. After about 30 seconds, the screen came back on, played for 3 seconds, froze again, shut off again. This kept happening so we turned it off. We told the innkeeper. Apparently, he or someone came to the room and looked at the TV b/c it was on when we came back. But it was still doing what we said above. So, we had no TV during our stay. Somewhat disappointing. Prices at ALL the hotels were high due to the Bourbon Festiva in town
