The room matched the photos, was clean, and the air conditioning worked well; the staff were kind, helpful, and spoke good English, making the stay comfortable and convenient because the train station was nearby and most sights were a 25‑minute walk, plus there were convenience stores and supermarkets within walking distance. The neighborhood around the hotel looks a bit grimy and shady at night, which is expected near a major train station in a big city.

The neighbourhood didn’t feel particularly safe, and the wheelchair‑access claim on the website was false – there are four steps at the property entrance and the lift can’t accommodate a wheelchair, although the hotel lobby itself does have a ramp.
