I was pleasantly surprised by how efficiently the hotel staff handled any issues that arose during my stay. From check-in to check-out, everything seemed to run smoothly, and I appreciated the convenience of having my needs met promptly.

There was nothing positive. The room was dirty, the staff rude, and the area was full of homeless people. If you paid me, I wouldn't return.

To make matters worse, the hotel is now holding onto my deposit, claiming that I left feces on the sheets, which is completely untrue.
