The staff were friendly and I was given a ground‑floor room because I’m currently unable to climb stairs. The hotel had warned me about a street construction that required a detour, so I’ll be back again! Unfortunately, the hotel can’t do anything about the 400 m long construction site right in front of it, and a planning mistake will extend the build time, which is a big burden for the hotel and nearby residents.

The location is quiet, the staff are very friendly and attentive, and the courtyard has been nicely renovated with practical rooms. It’s a safe place to park bicycles, there are plenty of options for long rides, and the price‑performance ratio is good. Since the farmhouse has no restaurant, a vending machine for drinks would be desirable.

The hotel is about 500 m from the town centre and is a converted farmstead. The welcome was great and all parts of the building (rooms, etc.) are well maintained. Our room was large and nicely furnished with a view of the inner courtyard. Two‑wheelers (with or without motor) can park in the courtyard, and there is a parking spot next to the house for all four‑wheelers. Breakfast is cheap for the price, in quantity and freshness, and they always restocked when something ran out. The pillows could have more volume – they were very flat when you lay your head on them. At least from room 17 the door to the breakfast room is quite loud to hear when the morning preparations start.
