The penthouse was nice, the staff were friendly. The room was large and lovely. The floor tiles were very slippery, almost dangerous to walk on. There was a lot of water on the bathroom floor after showering, and nothing stopped the shower from leaking.

The décor was beautifully festive, rooms were well maintained, the food was great, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. Nothing.

The breakfast was really good, but it's a shame that rooms with a sofa group are only on the upper floor; at 83 years old, the many stairs are a real problem for me. We always travel with two friends and prefer rooms next to each other.

I liked it – not too small or too big, the bed is soft and comfortable. No complaints.
