“Bien en todos los aspectos”
Very pleasant. Everything was fine.
The staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was decent but tasty, though the room smelled strongly of fragrances and had no windows.
The reception staff were excellent, but maintenance was lacking for the price. We were moved to another suite because the first had no air conditioning, and the second was beautiful and large but had an unbearable pipe odor, which they said was due to it not being used recently.
“Todo bien”
Everything was fine. Everything was fine.
“Overall it was very comfortable.”
Wonderful Stay at Casa Eva — Best Staff Ever! We had a wonderful stay at Casa Eva, and the staff was truly the best ever! Everyone was so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. One thing that really stood out was after we had a late night and didn’t leave our room until around 3:00 PM. Even then, the staff still checked on us and asked if we needed our room made up. You just don’t find that kind of service at other hotels! It really made us feel welcomed and cared for. Our room was large and comfortable, although it was a little dark. The air conditioning worked great, and we always had plenty of hot water in the shower. The included breakfast was excellent, with plenty of food and lots of choices. There was something for everyone, and we really enjoyed starting our mornings with breakfast there. The only downsides were the small closet and lack of drawers, so during our week-long stay we had to live out of our suitcases. The internet was also not very reliable, which could be frustrating. And, of course, being in the city, the fireworks popping off all day and night—24/7, 365 days a year—can definitely be a lot! Between the unreliable internet and the constant fireworks, those were really the only drawbacks we experienced. Despite those minor inconveniences, we would absolutely recommend Casa Eva! The amazing staff, spacious room, great air conditioning, hot showers, and excellent breakfast made our stay very enjoyable. The outstanding service alone makes this hotel worth considering. Fireworks in the city
