“Not a good experience”

Breakfast was average, nothing special. The spa facilities are nice and the staff are very professional. The hotel was under renovation in some rooms, so construction noise ran from morning to evening; if you want renovations, you can’t have guests at the same time. The restaurant sits above the rooms, so furniture dragging caused a lot of noise until late at night. Since it’s the only decent hotel in the area, you have no better option.

“Enjoyed the staff and stay, despite poor housekeeping”

The hotel in the small town of Saray, Turkey, is lovely. The massage was nice and the food was great. The housekeeping fell well below standard: the room wasn’t clean, the shower floor was soapy, towels and linen were worn, there was no spare toilet paper, and I had to ask for a floor mat.

Nice spa with good massage therapists. We had trouble paying at reception; the receptionist was extremely rude and abrasive.

I stayed in a very rural, quiet spot where you can see a lot, but you need a car to get around. The hotel had large, nicely furnished rooms, a pretty restaurant and entrance area, and a spacious wellness zone with many ways to relax. The wellness staff were helpful, eager, and flexible. However, the reception staff were indifferent, annoyed by questions, and unfriendly. Be careful with the checkout: we had a wellness service written on our room number and paid the rest in cash. The next day, when I tried to settle the bill, several extra charges appeared. When we asked the reception lady to clarify, she did nothing. The next day, nothing changed. We never received an invoice and got no information about the charges.
