The hotel was very pretty, well furnished, and very welcoming; we slept comfortably. I liked the presence of the towel warmer in the bathroom. The staff waited for us despite our late arrival and were very friendly. Breakfast was excellent. I liked everything.

The room’s cleanliness was flawless, and because we drove, the location was convenient. Breakfast was sufficient, but we were disappointed that the room had no internet, only the restaurant offered Wi‑Fi.

The breakfast was generous, leaving you well fed. A single coffee machine caused long queues, and the coffee, though decent in taste, took a long time to brew. The staff were quick and often replaced items that ran out. Overall, the team’s quality was excellent throughout the hotel. Unfortunately, the beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows tiny, Wi‑Fi was average, and not all jacuzzis worked; most importantly, the ice bath that should accompany the sauna was missing, and there was no mention that it was non‑operational. The property is somewhat off‑the‑beaten‑path, which could be a perk for some and a drawback for others.

Breakfast was tasty, with everything needed – vegetables, fruit, and sweets. The room was clean but a bit small, and the bathroom had a tiny shower stall. We stayed only one night and had no choice but the single room; there are also a main building and apartments that seem far more comfortable. Outside, there are plenty of spots to relax. The sauna and steam room cost extra. We drove from Zator, and the navigation had trouble finding the place.
